Introduction

We aim to keep data practices simple, limited, and appropriate for an Islamic companion app with prayer times, Quran, hadith, adhkar, mosque tools, audio, widgets, reading goals, and optional AI features.

By using Dinyol, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy and any additional privacy notices shown inside the app.

Data Collection

We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate, secure, personalize, improve, and support the app.

We keep data only for as long as needed for these purposes, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.

• Information you provide, such as email address, account details, profile details, support messages, notes, campaign participation, or other content you choose to save, send, or share.
• App usage data such as language, settings, bookmarks, reading progress, notification preferences, consent choices, widget preferences, and reward or credit activity.
• Notification and account data such as device tokens, timezone, country code, platform, app version, and security or login records when you register, sign in, or enable notifications.
• Device and technical data such as IP address, device identifiers, operating system, crash logs, diagnostic information, and limited telemetry used to secure and improve the app.
• Approximate or precise location only when you allow it, for example to support prayer times or nearby mosque features.

AI Features

Some parts of Dinyol may offer AI assistant or chat features. If you use them, your prompts, conversation content, selected language, and related usage records may be processed to generate responses, enforce limits, and improve service quality.

These features may rely on third-party AI providers, including Google Gemini or similar services. Please avoid sending highly sensitive personal data unless you are comfortable with that processing.

Advertising

Dinyol uses Google AdMob to display ads. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent, region, device settings, and applicable law.

Some features may use rewarded ads to unlock temporary benefits or AI usage credits. We may log reward events to prevent fraud, apply limits, and support your in-app balance or entitlements.

AdMob and its partners may process identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and app interaction data to deliver, limit, measure, and protect ads against fraud or abuse.

User Consent

Where required, including for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we use a consent flow designed to support GDPR-style requirements.

You may be able to accept, refuse, or later change ad and privacy choices inside the app. Depending on local law, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain processing.

If you are in the United States or another region with local privacy rights, you may also have rights related to targeted advertising or similar data uses where those laws apply.

Data Sharing

We may share data with service providers that help us run the app, such as hosting, authentication, customer support, notifications, email delivery, diagnostics, analytics, AI processing, advertising, and content delivery providers.

We may also share data if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, or business transfer.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some partners may process data for ad delivery, measurement, or similar advertising purposes under their own privacy terms.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information handled through Dinyol.

No app, server, or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Dinyol is not intended for children under 13, or under a higher minimum age where local law requires one, without appropriate parental or guardian permission.

If we learn that we collected personal information from a child in a way that does not comply with applicable law, we will take steps to delete it.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect app changes, legal requirements, or operational needs.

When we make important changes, we will update the date above and may also provide an in-app notice when appropriate.
