Introduction

Dinyol is provided for personal, lawful use as an Islamic companion app with features such as prayer times, Quran reading, Quran audio, hadith, adhkar, mosque tools, widgets, optional AI assistant features, saved progress, and community reading features.

Using Dinyol

You agree to use the app only in a lawful and respectful way and only for its intended purpose.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your information accurate and your login credentials secure.

Some features may be available to guest users while others require an account, a region-specific consent choice, or an available feature balance or quota.

Advertising

The app may display personalized or non-personalized ads, including ads served through Google AdMob.

Some app benefits may depend on rewarded ads or limited AI credits, and those balances, limits, or temporary benefits may be adjusted, suspended, or removed to prevent abuse, fraud, or misuse.

You must not abuse, manipulate, or fraudulently interact with ads, rewarded features, AI credits, or any similar monetization or quota feature.

Privacy and Consent

Your use of Dinyol is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is handled.

Where the law requires consent for advertising or similar processing, you agree to the use of the app's consent tools and settings.

AI Features

AI or chat features are provided for general informational assistance only. Responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for important religious, legal, medical, financial, or safety decisions.

You must not use AI features to submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or highly sensitive content, and we may limit, suspend, or reset AI access, guest sessions, or credits to protect the service and other users.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the app, interfere with the service, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, bypass security, scrape content at scale, send spam, or use the app to harm others.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the app is being abused or used unlawfully.

Third-Party Services

Dinyol may rely on third-party services such as app stores, hosting, maps, analytics, crash reporting, authentication, notifications, email delivery, AI providers, audio or content delivery services, and advertising providers.

Those third-party services may have their own terms and privacy rules, and we are not responsible for their independent practices.

Service Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time.

Prayer times, location-based features, AI responses, translations, widgets, audio availability, and other informational content may vary depending on settings, data sources, region, network conditions, and device behavior, so important decisions should be independently verified.

Children's Use

Dinyol is not intended for use by children below the age permitted by applicable law without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and may provide additional notice if the changes are material.

Your continued use of Dinyol after an update means you accept the revised terms.
